About me
This is Tricia London’s fourth year at Abington Middle/High Library serving students in grades 5-12. Tricia is also the advisor to the National Honor Society and S.A.M. (the Student Art Magazine.) Prior to working in Abington, she spent 13 years at the Avon Middle High School Library, serving students in grades 7-12, as well as coaching the Academic Decathlon team and advising the Diversity Club.
For the past 27 years Tricia has continued to work as a part-time Reference Librarian at the Westwood Public Library. She enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, playing cribbage and swimming, but not at the same time. Tricia has served on the MA Statewide Resource Sharing Committee and the Steering Committee and Collection Development task force for the Commonwealth E-book Collection. This is her third year serving on the MA Teen Choice Book Award Selection Committee.
Tricia’s husband, Brian is a retired financial analyst; her son, Alex, is a reference librarian / archivist at the Worcester Public Library; her daughter, Jillian is a pediatric & pregnancy chiropractor in Sharon and her dog, Tobi is a dog.
